Joe Biden Shares New Update on Cancer Treatment

Former President Joe Biden has shared a new update about his battle with prostate cancer.

Biden, 82, revealed in May that he had been diagnosed with an aggressive form of the disease that had spread to his bones. Despite the seriousness of the diagnosis, doctors said the cancer is hormone-sensitive, allowing it to be effectively managed.

His team later announced that Biden is undergoing hormone treatment along with a five-week course of radiation therapy.

Biden has remained optimistic throughout his treatment, saying his prognosis is good and that he feels well.

“Cancer touches us all,” he wrote while thanking people for their messages of love and support.

As he continues treatment surrounded by his family, supporters are wishing the former president strength and a successful recovery.
